U.S. Orders

Orders purchased within the U.S. are shipped via USPS First Class Mail with tracking and delivery confirmation. USPS guarantees delivery for domestic shipments in 3 - 7 days. In most cases, packages are received in 1 - 3 days. This does not include the production time listed above.
International Orders

International orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail International without tracking and delivery confirmation. Duties, taxes or customs fees, are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Shipping times can take anywhere from 10 - 24 days. These are the times from actual shipping of the item. It may take anywhere from 3 - 7 business days for you item to be made if it is made to order. If you would like to purchase insurance, please contact me before purchasing.

Returns
I want you to be happy with your purchase and will work with you to resolve any issues that you may have with your order from Andewyn Moon.
That being said, if you wish to make a return, you must contact me and mail your return to Andewyn Moon within 3 days of receipt of your purchase. Items must be in original, unworn condition and in original packaging.
